About Žnjan

Žnjan stretches along an extensive pebble beach east of Bačvice, recently transformed by a major promenade redevelopment that added walkways, recreation areas and beach venues. It is the city's go-to family beach zone. Housing here is newer and more spacious than the centre, with parking that the Old Town can't offer. The trade-off is distance, a long walk or short bus ride from the historic core, making it best for buyers prioritising beach, space and modern construction.
