About Jimbaran

Jimbaran wraps around a wide white-sand bay on the neck of the Bukit Peninsula, just south of Ngurah Rai International Airport. By day it is a working fishing community centered on the morning fish market; by dusk the beach transforms into rows of candle-lit seafood grills where the day's catch is barbecued over coconut husks. The bay's calm, swimmable water and dramatic sunsets have made it one of South Bali's most enduring destinations, anchored by landmark resorts like the Four Seasons and AYANA, home of the cliffside Rock Bar. The area blends laid-back local life with polished resort infrastructure, drawing expat families, holidaymakers and investors who want proximity to the airport, Nusa Dua and the Uluwatu cliffs without Canggu's congestion. The Samasta Lifestyle Village provides modern shopping, dining and grocery amenities, while Jimbaran's spread between the beach strip and the inland Bypass Ngurah Rai corridor keeps a mix of affordable inland villas and premium sea-view estates within a short drive of each other.
